Achievements
Participated in the setup and development of the CMMS Maximo Crislor Metal East Algeria project, which involved the upgrade of the (Complexe Al Hadjjar), valued at 60 million USD.
As a Maintenance Engineer at Sharjah Municipality, he was responsible for the new tire recycling factory in Sajaa, one of the largest facilities of its kind. The factory employs hundreds of workers and involves more than 20 companies from various specialties and nationalities. The project had an estimated budget of approximately 200 million dirhams.
In the same company, he was also responsible for the operation and maintenance of a building material recycling facility employing approximately 200 people. The complex system was monitored by SCADA and controlled by a PLC systems, with a capital cost of around 50 million dirhams.
As a mechanical engineer and production manager for ILI Tools, he developed numerous MFL, caliper, and UT tools for various projects worldwide.
In addition to his responsibilities in facilities and maintenance engineering, he was appointed a project manager for the renovation of the AMF headquarters. The project was estimated at 100 million dirhams and involved approximately 100 workers. he had full responsibility for the entire scope of work, which included MEP systems with a chilled water system of around 1,000 tons. Eight chillers were successfully replaced over two weekends while keeping the building fully operational, maintaining electricity, air conditioning, elevators, freshwater supply, cctv, and more. The scope also encompassed civil works, alarm systems, fire-fighting networks, conference systems, as well as new floor layouts and furniture for offices, lecture rooms, conference rooms, translation booths, service rooms, AHU rooms, pump rooms, and more.
